Below is a list of shop policies that I have put in place. Please read
these.
Deposits
A deposit is required when the computer is dropped off. Deposits are
required for Hardware issues.
Laptop Deposit - $100.00
Desktop Deposit - $50.00

Tune-Ups - Full Payment is due $96.30
(However other charges may be added
depending on what is found during tune up.)
Laptop Estimates $110.00
+tax
In order to diagnose most laptop hardware problems, it may become necessary to
open up the computer. Depending on the problem, it may be corrected during the
troubleshooting process. Although the actual procedure of resetting a piece of
hardware, such as a cable, or replacing a hard drive or memory stick, may not
take long, the troubleshooting process can be lengthy.
Re-Assembly of equipment is included in the estimate. This cost is only for the
diagnostics of the equipment.
If you decide to complete the repair, the cost of the estimate is waived and you
will only pay for the shop rate plus parts.
Desktop Estimates $55.00
+ tax

Same Day Service $100
+ tax
We pride ourselves in having a 3 day turn around, and will do our best to fix
your equipment in 3 days or less. However, if your equipment requires parts it
may take longer since shipping varies from each vender. Most shipping is
received within 3 days.
We work on equipment in the order they are received. If you need same day
service, or need your equipment back in a hurry, we will be happy to put yours
ahead of the line for an additional charge. However, depending on the nature of
the problem, it may or may not be fixed the same day.
Warranty Work
This shop does not do warranty work for any manufacturer, example: Dell, HP,
Gateway, Acer, Toshiba, Sony, etc... It is the customer’s responsibility to
check to see if their equipment is under warranty. If we find out that your
equipment is covered, we may order the parts from the manufacturer and install
them, but you will be responsible for the cost of labor to replace the part.
If you notify us after we have worked on a piece of equipment, that it is under
warranty, and parts were installed, you will be responsible for both the parts
and labor.

Free Laptop Estimate
We will give you a free estimate at the time you bring in your Laptop
computer. This will include us looking at it and removing anything that is
accessible to get a good idea on what the problem is. If to determine the
exact problem requires us to open the case, you can decide to do , or not do
that before paying the deposit.
